gwyddion-plugins software package provides plugins for Gwyddion SPM analysis tool, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gwyddion-plugins
gwyddion-plugins is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gwyddion-plugins package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gwyddion-plugins *
You will get with gwyddion-plugins package name, version, architecture and description in a table
